Where are we serving the meal (Tent, Building) and if it is a tent does it have sides *

If Buffet Style where will the buffet lines be located? If outdoors we require buffet lines and staging area under tents. *

Do you have 2 eight foot tables for every 100 guests for the buffet line? *

Do you have 2 eight foot tables or a comparable workspace for our staging area? Please note: Our staging area needs to be within 30 feet of the buffet lines. *

If there are Hors d'oeuvres where are they being set up and what time? *

If Broasted Chicken or Cod are included in your menu, we will need 1 fifteen amp outlet for every 100 people for warmers.

If you have chosen water service from Van Abel's, is there water to fill the pitchers for the tables within 30 feet of the dining area?

Will you be picking up your table clothes before your event? (They will be available any time after Tuesday before your event)

Are there extra tables (gift, cake, etc.) that you need to rent table clothes from Van Able's? If so, for what tables? How many? What size and shape?

Will any table clothes ordered from Van Abel's be staying on the tables throughout the evening of your event?

If you choose to keep the table clothes throughout the evening of your event we ask that you return them by the following Tuesday

If we are providing coffee or other beverages, where are we setting this up? We will need 1 eight foot table for this?

Will Van Abel's be cutting and serving the cake? (If we are not cutting the cake please remember to provide plates and forks for the cake) If so this will be done directly after dinner.

Is there refrigeration for the leftovers if any?

Where do we place the garbage from the event?
